This is a circular route that can be done walking, running or cycling. It starts in the square known as Plaça VI Centenari and is signposted in red, with a distance of 11 kilometres.

Leave the village along the street known as Carrer de Cortó, turning right at the health centre called Centre de Salut de Teulada. Take Camí de La Font de L'Horta, turn left and continue along Camí del Pas. Later, around the seventh kilometre of the route, skirt around the hill known as Lloma de La Mata, passing through the streets called Carrer de Buseit, Carrer del Sorell and Carrer Llampuga, and start ascending towards Teulada. It is possible to stop and have a rest halfway through the route, at the fountain called Font de L'Horta, and then continue to the starting point.
