LA MURALLA ROJA (THE RED WALL)
This building was completed in 1972, with a style of architecture that adapts to the topography of the cliff upon which it is located.
The configuration of the building is an evocation of the aesthetics of architecture and refers to the tradition of the casbah: passages, terraces, stairs and patios that communicate with each other as an extension of the interior spaces of the homes, in addition to a wide variety of colours thanks to the efforts to create a contrast with the landscape, the sky and natural light.
XANADÚ
Built between 1966 and 1968, from an architectural point of view it is an experimental example of a garden city that is created through the use of several levels and heights connected by ramps and stairs.
The building takes the castle as a reference point and is developed to obtain a configuration inspired by the famous outcrop of Ifac. The overall cubic shape is adorned with curved bands and ceilings that make the spaces somewhat majestic.
L'AMFITEATRE (THE AMPHITHEATRE)
Built between 1983 and 1985, it is located at the top of the cliff area, with magnificent views of the sea and of the massive limestone outcrop called Penyal d’Ifac.
It consists of a set of 27 luxury homes, a communal swimming pool and several solariums in the shape of a classic amphitheatre. The pool is located in the place that in the Greek tradition was occupied by the stage, and extends until the precipice, thereby framing the scenery.
