Here one finds the facilities of a project by the Christian-Marc Olmos Vente Foundation for the promotion of sustainability in the fields of ecology, ethnology and solidarity. It consists of an old restored farmhouse from the 1830s, along with several other agricultural buildings, also restored. Amongst these is a riurau, a traditional oven for scalding grapes and one of the few remaining raisin stoves of La Marina Alta. The facilities consist of:
