This circular route is 9 km long.
The route starts from Pego's Camí del Calvari and, when you get to a crossroads, take the path on the left. Afterwards, when you come across another junction, continue straight on and then, a little further on, turn left onto an unpaved road.
You are now on forest land and you can notice that you are going uphill. You have to ascend along sections with various degrees of difficulty but, once you overcome this challenge, you get to a rest area where you can see a well, a watering hole and a dam.
After you have eaten something and recovered your energy, you can continue advancing by following the sign that indicates the way to Ebo and Bodoix, taking the path to Bodoix.
Go up the slopes of Bodoix and during this part of the route you can enjoy beautiful views of Pego's entire valley. There are two overlooks from where you can admire these spectacular views.
While you continue walking up towards the peak of Bodoix, during a small section you may notice that the path becomes less clear, but even so it is fairly easy to follow. When you reach the top of the mountain you get to the cross known as Creu de Bodoix. From this viewpoint you can observe the whole of La Vall de Pego and you can easily make out the most important points of the Pego area and its surroundings.
In order to go down, take the path that goes to Corral de Rata. Once you have descended from Bodoix, climb to the top of Ambra. You get to the Castle of Ambra by way of some stairs. This place is one of the most visited points in Pego's valley and it is considered to be one of the best viewpoints.
Return to Pego by going down to the west side of the mountain and crossing the ravine known as Barranc de les Verdales.
