WHAT WE WANT TO DO?

  • The plan arranges the activities into 7 categories.
  • Each grouping contains a series of connected actions that are easily integrated with one another.
  • Despite frequently transcending category boundaries, all the actions share cross-cutting elements, making this an effective organizational method.
  • A total of 45 actions are scheduled, each with an action sheet, a projected budget, where applicable, an exemplar or a comparable action serving as a reference or motivation and an estimated implementation timetable.
