The Church of Sant Abdó and Sant Senent is located in the hamlet of Pamis, a small urban centre located about 500 metres southwest of Ondara.
There is no data regarding the exact date of the construction of this temple, but in any case its origin should be placed at the end of the 18th century or the beginning of the 19th century. The hermitage, which presents the classic appearance of that period, is attached at the head and the left side to private houses. The roof is tiled and has two slopes, and the walls are smooth. The façade is topped with a Baroque-style mixed mould with a central belfry, which houses the bell. The entrance door is recessed, and the closure leaves are made of wood lined with brass and iron nails where it is possible to read "AÑO 1919". Between the door and the upper window, one can see a niche topped with a half-relief spherical pinnacle. Inside, there is a ceramic altarpiece depicting the two patron saints of the church accompanied by the following text: Santos Abdon y Senen patronos del caserío de Pamis, obra de Antonio L. Mora [Saints Abdon and Senent, patrons of the hamlet of Pamis, work by Antonio L. Mora].
