This cave is a 6,000-year-old sanctuary with Neolithic Levantine rock art, including highly detailed depictions of Neolithic hunting archers surrounded by a landscape dominated by goats and deer. From the vantage point of La Catxupa, one can see the mountain of Montgó, its valley and the Benitzaina rural area which preserves a magnificent fortified house and a hermitage, both from the 18th century.
