The route starts in L’Atzúbia and goes in the direction of Camí de La Foia, until an irrigation reservoir is reached. After the reservoir, the ascent to the Castle of Gallinera can be seen and, walking along this path, some ruins can be observed, which should be passed so as to continue until the castle viewpoint, below the plain of Almiserà.

Skirt the entire slope of the mountain until the intersection of the road known as Camí de L’Atzúbia. Leave the summit of Xillibre behind to the left and continue until Camí de L’Almiserà that goes down to L’Atzúbia. A few metres from there is the intersection that goes to the fountain known as Font de Les Mallaes.

Start the descent to L’Atzúbia through Penya Roja until reaching Camí de L’Almiserà again. Cross the road and continue descending until getting to the path that finally leads to the town, where this magnificent route through the mountains of La Vall de Gallinera and L’Atzúbia ends.
